The Pebble

​

The Pebble is an insignificant product of nature, which is unable to move itself. It is stuck in time and in space, doomed to be frozen in both for an eternity. Yet children seem to have a liking on taking them and providing them with a new perspective and journey. It transforms something unnoticed into something special and of value.

The Mist

​

The Mist is two-sided. On one hand it is comforting as its warmth provides us with comfort, it looks mysterious, yet it creates a fascinating atmosphere. On the other hand, it reminds me of vapor. Hot water particles in gaseous form that can burn you with no problem whatsoever.

The Bridge

The Bridge is something that serves a purpose that we cannot ignore. It connects two ends, that weren’t made to connect originally. Without bridges, much would be inaccessible to us. However, there aren’t only physical bridges. Connections are all around us, everything is connected. Thus, we are surrounded by invisible bridges that connect everything in this universe.

The Church is a place of comfort and relaxation. It is a beautiful and well-balanced structure that is attractive to many. Plenty of restrictions come along with it. Such is the way of the forbidden fruit.

The Fountain

The Fountain is an unfortunate soul, existing for the sole purpose of serving us and looking pretty. Its water reminds me of tears of The Fountain, which is there only for our satisfaction. A Fountain with no tears is no of no use to us, is faulty or damaged. What we don’t realize is that a tearless Fountain might be just as beautiful as a crying one.

The Home

The Home is a shelter for many, yet not everyone. It keeps us warm and safe and is doing its best to keep us protected and happy. Even so many neglect Their Home. It is a building that everyone needs, yet not everyone deserves by how they treat it. Most people that do not have The Home, are the ones that would deserve it the most, as they would see the true value of it.

The Light

Light and the lack of light is all that we see, yet we do not pay it much mind. Absolute darkness makes most uncomfortable, making The Light into a comforting and desired aspect of basic human life. We see light, yet we do not pay it even the slightest of thought. It is there yet seems transparent to the point where it almost becomes one with the background.

The Cart

The Cart is fated to be at the mercy of humans. The Cart is unable to make its own decisions, thus rendering him blind, yet it’s either used without being appreciated fully, or simply becomes decoration, white noise in the background that we only subconsciously perceive. It awaits the day for when it is used to its full potential once again.
